Shipping & Delivery – DaKauz

At DaKauz, every parcel is a story waiting to be unboxed. We work to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: All orders of ₹2,000 or more qualify for free shipping.

Standard Shipping Charge: A flat fee of ₹149 applies to orders below ₹2,000.

If your order is cancelled (before dispatch), lost in transit, or undelivered to your location, we will issue a full refund including any shipping charges (if prepaid).

Order Tracking

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp notification with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order’s journey.

Serviceability by PIN Code

You can check if DaKauz delivers to your PIN code at checkout by tapping “Check Delivery Options” and entering your PIN.
Our courier partners update serviceability regularly — if we don’t deliver to your PIN today, check back soon.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability

COD depends on whether our courier partners can accept cash at your location. They also set limits on maximum COD amounts per delivery. If COD is unavailable for your order, you can always complete payment online through our secure options.

Delivery Partners

All DaKauz orders are shipped through trusted courier partners depending on serviceability in your area.

Faster Delivery

Currently, we don’t offer expedited delivery as an add-on service. Selected Fast-Delivery products (where available) may reach you within 3–5 business days.

Incomplete / Tampered / Wrong Delivery

If you receive a partial order, tampered parcel, or unintended/void packet, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at hi@dakauz.com

When raising a claim:

Do not use the item.

Share details including order number, a short case description, and clear snapshots of the packet/box (all sides, especially tampered areas).

Keep the original packaging safe for at least 3–4 days post-delivery, as we may need to collect it for investigation.

Refunds (prepaid or COD) will be processed after investigation.

Exclusions — No Refunds Will Apply If:

Adequate details or photos of the parcel are not provided.

The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery for pilferage/tampered packages.

The packaging is disposed of before investigation.

The item has been used after delivery.

A missing component is reported from a multi-piece set (e.g., co-ord sets, innerwear sets, socks, dresses, jumpsuits). In such cases, only the return option may be provided depending on serviceability and product type.
