To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its suppliers’ total liability will be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or ₹8,000 INR if no purchase was made.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
